Agents may not have any disciplinary action from their state’s real estate commission taken against them within the last 10 years to be eligible for membership.

You can earn the AoE Designation as a Member or Non-Member. To earn the Designation, you have to enroll in and graduate from our Making Magic in Real Estate™ course. It's a 6-week immersion course where you will learn the systems & strategies that have helped make the Walt Disney Company one of the most admired and beloved for-profit companies in history.

Our Making Magic in Real Estate™ 6 week training course.
There will be 6 video-recorded sessions led by Dan Cockerell, the former VP of Magic Kingdom. During the training, we will dive into the nuts and bolts of Disney’s systems. After each video-recorded session, there will be assignments that you will need to complete before the live breakout (virtual) sessions. All participants will receive a printed workbook before training begins. Each video recorded session will follow a live breakout (virtual) session. We will review one or two key concepts and then plug them into your real estate practice for maximum impact.

Class Format:

• 6 video-recorded sessions that are 60 - 90 minutes long.
• 6 weekly homework assignments that can be completed online
• Bonus content and lots of discussion in the private Facebook Group for each class offering.
• 6 live virtual Breakout Review Discussion Sessions every Thursday morning for the duration of the 6-week course.
• The course culminates with a 90-minute live Q&A session with Dan and Valerie Cockerell for your graduation, where you get to ask them anything and everything!
